Ken is the Founder and Managing Partner at Layer2 Talent. He started the business in the midst of Defi Summer 2020 after spending the three years prior in the crypto trenches. In his 12 years of recruiting he has led recruiting functions at OpenSea, advised more than 20 web3 startups on recruitment strategy, and has made over 250 hires.
